Losing time

Question

I have a Dimension XPS T600r which I purchased in February. I have noticed that the time is not always correct. It seems to be behind by one hour. I have reset the time yet it still reverts back to the incorrect time. What could be causing this? Could the battery be dead already?

Ed, if you are using Norton 2000 antivirus, do a Live Upgrade and the problem will go away. You should upgrade weekly anyway to give yourself the latest protection. Be certain in control panel in "date and time' that Daylight Savings is is checked. There is nothing wrong with your battery.
