McAfee Scan

Sounds like you were using the 5.xx version of McAfee's. From my experience it will eventually time out and become inactive if you don't purchase another subscription from them. If McAfee's came on CD with your computer, why don't you uninstall it and then reinstall it from the CD.

I wouldn't worry to much about it because it doesn't really work. I accidently downloaded a well known trojan without any notice from the program when searched.

What's a Trojan? Besides the other?

Well the one I got was titled Hey You! and is a password stiller and keeps the user from logging onto their internet connection. I was able to get by that and download a trojan remover but still McAfee did not catch it.
