MCE remote is missing

I just received my new Dim 8400 MCE computer. There was no remote control included in the shipment. I hope that this is an oversight and not a penny pinching tactic of Dell. My order # is 858649503. PS - I have a previous problem with the shipping of this computer - CASE# 76939339

Welcome to the Dell Community Forum (DCF).
So are they going to ship you the remote?

They have offered two alternatives to the missing remote. This was appreciated but unfortunatly there are other problems which I have been unable to solve through Dell's somewhat lacking telephone tech support. I have put in for a return request order.
