Memory Errors

Question

I have a Dimension 8100, 1.3 Ghz P4, 256mB rdram, 40 Gb hd.  Got a power surge from lightning and shut down system.  On restart,  system ran slow and got 'system resources low' message.  I ran Norton utils and it reported memory error.  I reseated RIMMs and got same error.  I installed new (2) mem modules (now 256 m ea.) and get same error except different address.  Now what?  Mother board or the P4?  Any Ideas?
