Memory management help needed!!!
I have a Dimension 4100 with MS Me and recently added 2 more memory chips for 512MB total. My PC has out-of-memory problems ever since. Is there any help available to set memory management correctly?

i'd suggest you take a look at what program is giving you the out of memory errors. it may be unrelated...
it may be bad ram...
or it may be a borked install of something. we really need more info to make any kind of advice.
