Memory Problems?Windows?
I don't know if it is a problem with Windows or a problem with my Rdram. But for the past month
after I've been on my computer for a while, when I
minimize a window(or sometimes out of the blue)
all of the desktop icons refresh,
and when I go to the start menu and go thru the list it's really sluggish? It's almost like everything in the start menu gets dumped out of memory and I have to go to each selection in the menu to put it back and then it works smoothly again until a while later
then it sometimes does it again? Anybody know
what's wrong? Please help, Micah.

I just got in my new PC, and it has 256 RDRAM.
Windows os still operating at 45% of my systems potential. It leaves me with a Whopping 56mg. of
RAM available.
I'm NOT IMPRESSED...

when window comes up click STARTUP. Then look at items that are checked. Mine had two or three checked twice. I unchecked them. The items I am supposed to have are Scan Registry, System Tray, AVCONSOLE EXE/USSTATEXE MCAFEE VSSHWIN 32EXE STILLMONITOR IMAGE AND REALTRAY. If they get checked twice it takes away your memory. Then you have to restart to make it take effect, and it will do it again. I check it periodically. Hope this helps. I ordered mine with enough memory also.
