Don't think about it. It happens all the time. Another operating system may show you specifications different from Windows. Don't sweat it ss long as your system is working normally.
basically the 32bit os cant only use so much memory, but remembering vista also using some of your memory for dedication to video and other system needs. So remember even thought it not showing up dosent mean it not being used.
