It sounds like you have a memory problem. I would:

1. reseat the RAM. That might fix it. If the contacts look "dirty", you can clean them with a clean eraser. Make sure to remove the eraser debris before reinstalling.
2. test the RAM to see if it is bad (do this after 1). You can use the Dell diagnostics or memtest86+ (free and better).

what is the dell system you have and what BIOS Version do u have it will be in the setup it should read Axx, were x -is the numbers. there are issues with some of the BIOS on some systems

i have same problem its about power connectors :D

IF anyone have this problem just check your  power connector connected in mother board,

It is problem of no properly connected cables of power station.
