Microphone
I have just noticed recently that my mic is always on. I have no program that I'm aware of that would activate it. I would like to be able to turn it on when I want it to for certain programs. Please help!

Thank you for using the Dell Community Forum.
Open the master volume control by double clicking the speaker icon next to the clock. Locate your microphone volume control and mute it. When you need the mic just go back here and un-mute.
