Missing exe file

Question

When I turn my computer on I get an error message saying my system is unable to find "beginnin.exe". Where can I find this file and where does it need to go? I have already tried searching files and folders and it is not there. I am having trouble with a virus and may have deleted something I should not have.

Please help!!

run msconfig and do a selective startup disabling the autoexec.bat and config.sys as well as getting rid of all the startup items, reboot and see if this addresses your problem.

Please be more specific. I understand up to the point where you pick 'Selective startup' but then you lost me!!
