Hi,

I have exactly the same problem and i'm still looking for a fix.
Using another mouse pad does not fix the pb.

Would suggest trying a different mouse pad, use one that is non-reflective.  Had the same problem and changed to a solid color pad with a cloth texture and by mouse/cursor problems vanished.

I've been having the same mouse problems and I started using another mousepad. This one is non reflective and it hasn't solved the problem. I didn't know that they sold cloth textured mousepads. Can you buy them at most stores? This mouse is getting very annoying. Thank you for posting. My pc is fairly new, and I'm tired of this problem.
