I'm trying to upgrade my Dell OptiPlex GXa 266 Pentium II using the PowerLeap PL-iP3/T 1000C processor upgrade.
BIOS is at A10
RAM is 256
I can power up the PC, but the computer just keeps cycling and repeating through the memory check.
Tried with the jumpers on PowerLeap PL-iP3/T 1000C set to 66, 100 and 133 and still same problem.
Any suggestions?

You cannot update the GXa to a Powerleap and tualtin.
Only the GX1 supports this.
Bios A09 works fine with all the supported cpus for the GXa which isnt many
GXa bios is not for GX1 nor vice versa
The GXa supports only the 440LX 66mhz bus
The GX1 supports the 440BX and 100mhz bus
