Hi,
Thank you for writing to the Dell Community Forum.
Looks like there might not be a compatible Windows 10 driver for Intel (R) G31/G33, Express chipest. Hence you are getting the error message.
You may try installing the Windows 7 driver in compatibility mode and check if it works.

Don't worry about that error message. It'll get taken of by Windows Update after installation of Windows 10. Windows Update will install this driver from the Microsoft Update Catalog:
