Need help

My dell Inspiron won't boot, has a64 m shared memory strike f1 and it takes me to Windows error recovery I strike recommended repair it takes forever and it freezes.

Hi ylebron5860,

Is it a laptop or desktop and what operating system does it have? Does it have Windows 7, 8.1, or 10?

Please post back with the information.

It is a desktop operating with windows 7, this happened to last week when i tried installing microsoft office 2010.

A desktop is not a Dell model number.   F8 should allow dell factory recovery.
