I got the old blue screen of death and need some help the message is as follows   'Hardware malfunction call your hardware vendor for support   NMI: parity check/ memory parity error the system has halted'   any help will be greatly appreciated thanks   Dimension 8400  Pentuim 4 3.4 Windows XP Pro

Check the ABCD lights in the back of your computer, tell us which lights are orange/green

Thanks it looks like that I had some bad video drivers.
