That's a great setup you've ordered but don't expect to run with the sliders maxed out in FSX.  You will be able to run very close to max with FSX SP1 and SP2 but in large city areas you'll still get down to about 10-15FPS which is still very playable.  I personally am fine with that since out of the city areas I get 40-50FPS.  Enjoy waiting for your new machine!!

It's interesting about FS-X. All the benchmarks that I've seen (that use FS-X) show the older 7900GTX outperforming the 8800GTX in that game. Every other game prefers the 8800GTX. I've never been able to figure that one out.

most gpu's do not have a problem running that game as it is VERY CPU heavy but you'll be able to run most of it on high settings (save for AA). Also, how did you order that computer with an 8800gtx?

I ordered the second most expensive one.  The one for gaming.
