no video input

hello,
 
when i start my pc it says no video input then says entering sleep mode the pc wont even boot up

optiplex gx260
win xp pro ser 2
 
the pc shows on the monitor no signal  when i try to reboot is still says no signal it will not boot into the windows screen it seems to just stall i see the lights on the back of the pc but it wont boot into windows no screen or anything i tried replacing the memory still no go tried a new video card  still no go  i cant even boot to safe mode or it wont boot far enough for the dell screen logo with f12 or f6

im not the original owner of the pc will they still give me an extended warranty?

It could be BAD CAPACITORS on the motherboard.
Your warranty ended 07/23/2005 and you let it expire.
You must not let the warranty expire.

Try a NON LCD monitor and or Test the monitor on another PC.

Then remove any video cards and try Onboard video first.

No they wont. If you go to the above link you will also find that the warranty is expired so now you must pay for support.
