What I normally do in this case is just rename the folder to nvida-test or something... then when you reboot just make sure all the drivers are still loaded and the system tray icon (if you have one) shows up. If everything is working then you can blow it off.

 

Lots of these install programs don't do their own deletions...

Removed the folder and everything seems to be working. Thanks for the quick reply lawl.
