What is the reading of the power button bi-colour LED, Steady Blue, Blinking Blue, Steady Amber, Blinking Amber or is it Off?
Are there any 'Beeps', if there are, check the 'Beep' codes in the following link?
Have you made any changes to the Inspiron 530s recently?

The color is steady Blue, no beeps.
I actually figured it out, I guess it was the keyboard not being hooked up, the person didn't bring the keyboard, and my keyboard wasn't compatible with it because it's a usb keyboard, I have the one with the purple plug. After she brought the keyboard over, it booted up regular. Thanks for the help regardless guys.
