Open window at boot

Question

I have a new 4700 ever since the McAfee anti virus was enabled a window System32 is on the desktop after a boot. I close the window and after a re-boot it is back. Any ideas how I get rid of it.   XP Home, no other apps loaded yet.   Cheers
