Optiplex 745 CPU upgrade. E7200

Hi

I have a Optiplex 745 desktop and am hoping to upgrade the cpu.

I was looking at something like the e7200 or something upto a E7500 since it is a 1066FBS chip and was hoping for something with a good power/performance ratio.

Just before buying it, will this chip be ok on my system? Is anyone else using one of the E7xxx cpus on their 745?
