I am currently buying a dell optiplex 780 for my birthday, however i would like to beef it out. I will have $60 to spend making it better. Can anyone please help?Thank you

780 is not very upgrade-able. I would suggest a MINI TOWER instead of any other size.
You may want to consider getting a Precision T3500 instead.
