OptiPlex 960 GPU upgrade compatibility issues
Can someone let me know if MSI NVidia GeForce 210 is compatible with Dell OptiPlex 960, and if it is the why does the display goes blank with no signal input when the card is installed but display is back when I remove. If it is not compatible the which card can I use with the OptiPlex 960 that will give me 3D and OpenGL capabilities (1gb onboard mem).
I tried to upgrade the GPU to use for Photoshop and other 3D graphics software with OpenGL support as the onboard GPU with OptiPlex 960 is just 256mb and not fit for purpose. Need urgent help

The Optiplex 960 has three chassis and multiple power supplies. What wattage is your power supply? The GeForce 210 requires a 300w power supply.
