Optiplex BIOS setup password

Question

My BIOS setup has locked up, I think i've passworded it and cant change boot order,defaults, etc. please help. Any ideas could be helpfull.      I'm using Dell Optiplex GX1 450L BIOS version A10   Many Thanks Japers x

Hí Peter Felgate,   Japers here thanks for the tips on bios passwords, I havn't tried it out yet but am certain it will work. once again thanks for the tips. x   p.s. how do I remove my querry  from the messageboard?
