Oracle's Client 8i Installation
I'd tried to install Oracle Manager Enterprise 8i on a Dell Dimension 4300 Pentium 4 running on Win 2000 Professional.
I just want to install an Oracle's Client, but It doesn't run! It just do nothing!!
When I try to install it on every other processor like Celeron, it just run fine.
Someone told that Oracle 8i doesn't run on Pentium 4, someone know something about it??

Note: If you have that file resident in your system32, this fix may not work, but you can also edit the Oraparam.ini file under the Install directory and change the JRE_MEMORY_OPTIONS line to include "-nojit" as the first parameter. (Example - JRE_MEMORY_OPTIONS=- nojit -mx96m)
