A Dimension 4700 or higher is good for games (the Dimension 3000 and 2400 don't have AGP or PCI Express slots, so can't use good video cards).
My guess is adventure games, RPGs, puzzle games, or Real Time Strategy games (RTS) would play pretty well, as you can mostly just use the mouse for them. A mouse with extra buttons (beyond the normal 2 + a scroll wheel) might help, as you might be able to switch a few more functions from the keyboard to the mouse.
First person shooters probably wouldn't work too well...although now that I think about it, you can usually map forward/backward movement on to the mouse. MIGHT work, depending on the game. I think some of Microsoft and Logitech's higher end mice have extra buttons on the sides, and it might work fairly well to use them for forward/backward movement along with the normal mouse controls.

because it will be hard for you to play an FPS a 6800 or sumtin isnt necissary, a PC with atleast a radeon 9800, or geforce 6600 will work. atleast 512mb RAM, 2.8ghz r faster P4. make sure its a 4700 if your buying form dell.
if you only have one hand, warcraft, evil genius, rise of nations (ive only played demo), they have hotkeys but you can p[lay the game pretty easily twithout them, especially warcraft.
any turned based stratagy will work for you because in-beetween turns, you can let go of the mouse and use the keys. most RTS'es will be a little bit harder to play but they will be still playable.
