PCI Universal Serial Bus Controller driver
I have a Dell Optiplex GX270,and I partioned my hard drive with Windows98se for my older programs, but I can't seem to find a driver that will work. I get a yellow circle with a "!" next to "PCI Universal Serial Bus" Is this because Windows 98 is NOT compatible with USB 2.0? Please help.

WIN98SE is compatable with USB 2.0 but Microsoft does not support this. That means 3rd party drivers are needed to support this.
You need to install the INF updater and then the WDM driver patch (AUDIO QFE) and the USB 2.0 Driver for WIN98SE.
DELL does not support DOS or WIN98SE anymore.
