PhoneTools question

Question

I'm trying to send a fax using Phonetools directly from Word. I'm supposed to choose FILE, PRINT and use the pull down menu to choose CAPTURE FAX BVRP from the printer selection but it's not listed!! I've looked at every website imaginable to find out how to add this to my printer folder. Don't tell me to click on the PRINTERS folder and use the add wizard because it doesn't list this as an option. Please help!!

Go to brvp.com and download the phonetools/Win 2000 patch. That's all I can think of unless you need to reinstall phonetools. In which case you should email support.dell and have them send you a disk with the update.
