Looking good, my computer is shut down at night and during the day when I'm away from the house. The monitor is keeped switched off when not being used.
Your settings look quite reasonable. The only difference between yours and mine are that I turn off my hard drive after 1 hour. I leave my computer on 24x7. It is plugged into a UPS.
