POWER SAVING
My computer hangs for a brief period and when I check with Ctrl/Alt/Del it always seems to be POWER SAVING. I have turned off all of the power settings so that everything is always on but still happening, just annoying. Any suggestions?

This is more on the line of a software problem you should post the the software board for your version on windows for support of your issue.
