The power supply is proprietary and can only be replaced with the same supply. See HERE for a picture. The supply is a 460w(Specs) what are thinking about putting in to it? Anything new would kinda be a waste as the bus and your processor would be big bottle necks to performance.
the 9800gtx requires 2 6 pin connectors which the supply does not have. You could get and adapter to adopt two 4 pin molex connectors together for the second one but if you are using optical drives that are not SATA these will be in use.

Just want to upgrade the 6800 graffacis card to maybe a 9800gtx..i got a new 23 in hd monitor and would like to get the full potential from my monitor

what card would you recommend on dells site there saying an Ati card
