Precision 380 Processor Upgrade

Question

Precision 380 CPU Upgrade (Dell Tech, or Anyone Knowledgeable, Please Answer)  I have a Precision 380.  It has a Pentium D 3.0 Processor.  I want to upgrade to an Intel Pentium 965 Extreme Edition Processor -  3.73, Socket 775 1066mhz FSB, 4mb L2 Cache, Duel Core,     Presler... (I am open to processor upgrade suggestions) So far I have not found anyone who has made this upgrade.  Before I proceed, I want to be sure it is possible... I would like to know if this upgrade is possible. If this upgrade is not compatable, please, let me know what is the fastest processor that is compatable.  Please let me know if there is anything I need to do before I begin the upgrade.  I believe my bios is the most current.  Please let me know what the most current bios is... David...
