Preventing Stack Faults

Last night while online, I received a warning that said, "No spare stack pages. It may be necessary to increase the setting of MINSP's in System.INI to prevent passible stack faults. There are currently 5 SP's allocated." Then I was dissconnected and my system froze, so I needed to restart. What do I need to do?
