HELP PLEASE!!

Error Message:

"Lexmark X75     USB001

Communication Not Available

Printer cannot communicate with computer.

Try these solutions:

Disconnect & reconnect USB cable

Disconnect & reconnect Printer's power cable

Restart computer."

I have tried each of these "solutions" at least a dozen times to no avail.

Does anyone have any suggestions?  I'm listening.
