Printer Problems

Question

I have a Dimension 2400. After I installed my printer(LexMark z705) my computer would not start up. It would get to the windows XP loading screen and stop. I called Dell Tech Support, and the only thing the tech did was do a disk clean up and take programs off my startup(can we say QUICK FIX to get me off the phone) Anyway now my printer won't work and I keep getting this message that the Print Spooler is not responding. What do I need to do? Can anyone help me SOLVE the problem rather than cover it up. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks Amy

If you loaded the printer drivers off a CD that came with the printer try going to Lexmarks web site and grabbing the drivers from there. Sometimes the drivers are alittle stale on the CD's Good Luck...
