PROBLEM LOADING FILE

THIS BOX POPPED UP WHENEVER I try to open a file I gEt from "EMAIL"IT SAYS "THERE WAS A PROBLEM LOADING THE FILE SPECIFIED WHEN RUNNING THE ACCESSIBILITY WIZARD" How do I shut down the accessibility wizard? or get this file to download?

FULTZDUDE,

Go to Start|Settings|Control Panel|Add/Remove Programs. On the Windows Setup tab uncheck the "Accessibility" item, OK, and reboot.

ok I did that ... now it says it cant find the accessability wizard file SHEESH so I went back & reclicked it , now it says the first problem again!I have a few files that I cant look at & they re not all zip files either( I think) WAYNE
