The Audigy 2 has microphone issues. Drivers do not fix the issue. Replacing the Audigy 2 with another Audigy 2 doesn't fix the issue. I have been replacing the Audigy 2 with the X-Fi but you lose the IEEE firewire port. The X-Fi doesn't have one. If you want to do the switch, please provide me with the following information in a private message, not on the board -
