Problem with program memory area/RMA update failure

I really hope someone can help me fast with this as I have a project with a deadline.  I recently installed Adobe Premiere Elements and love the program.  The problem comes when I try to burn a DVD.  It goes through all the steps fine, but just as it is about finished burning, it stops and displays "Device Error - Sense Code(3 73 04) - Program Memory Area/RMA Update Failure - Sequential Write"

I have tried the fixes I found on the internet and nothing seems to work.  I even tried the on-line chat with Dell, but didn't get an answer other than to pay for a phone service to fix my problem.

Please, if anyone has any ideas, they would be greatly appreciated!  The DVD burner works fine with Sonic, and the Adobe program writes the DVD file fine to the hard drive...so I know it is the DVD player.  If anyone has any experience with this, PLEASE let me know.

Thank you.

Chad

If the DVD files on your hard drive work perfectly, and you are pretty sure the fault is in the buring engine, then download Lightning "DVD Decrypter" UK's free burning engine at

and give it a try.  Best engine there is.
