Sal7Spyder,

(Not all caps, please, you're shouting.)

That error message is associated with a missing Adobe file. You can find the details here.

Sorry, your browser doesn't support Java.

What type of unzip programs do I need & where do I find them? Also, why dont I already have them. I thought the system came with pretty much everything you need.

thanks,
SAL

No computer could possibly come with everything you or anyone else needs...thousands of file types, applications, etc., etc. You simply configure your machine to suit YOUR needs.

In case you missed the gist of Denny's link, I copied and pasted the salient points below for you:

Error "Windows cannot find America.exe" When Double-Clicking a Downloaded File

Solution

Install or reinstall the application required to open the type of file you've downloaded.

For example,
- if you are attempting to open a PDF file, install or reinstall an Adobe Acrobat viewer, such as Acrobat Reader.

- if you are attempting to open a ZIP file, install or reinstall WinZip by Nico Mac or PKZIP for Windows by PKWare, Inc.

To determine which application is required to view a file you downloaded, return to the Web page that described the file, or contact the owner of that Web page.

All you will probably need in this regard is a general unzipping utility like WinZip and, Acrobat Reader to read PDF files.
