PSU solid light on but does not power up
My 545s won't turn on when power button is pushed. I see a solid light on the PSU and did the green/black jump trick and PSU and harddrive works but not case fan and heatsink fan. I replaced the motherboard and still no go with the same result when did the green/black jump trick. Please help.

Why power supply? even when i did the green/black cable jump trick and power supply unit and hard drive turned on?

The power supply is bad.
