That happenned to me when I returned my 630i. Take it to whoever Dell sends you to for mshipping with the RMA ticket and Pay them to box it up for you. It'll be money, but it'll be insured against damage. Dell had no problem with my refund.
Yes but I can't remember whether they Snailed it or sent it to me EMail. Either way, the refund was done in about 2 weeks after I dropped the Package off for shipping. Chris helped a lot cause the whole Refund process is not normal Dell channels and the policy was very new.

They gave that to me as well, ichose to drop mine off with UPS and have them Pack it for me. Just the packing was billed to me.

Cool,
Chris was the one who got me setup, they lady called me and just wants to set up the pick-up.
I'm waiting on the new pc, as i won't be without one for that long.
