Change BIOS (delete key) to boot to CD Rom as first boot device. Save and boot with the recovery CD. You will then get several choices of what to do. Note any changes you made to BIOS, so you can return to normal boot sequence later.

The funny thing is that I don't remember getting a recovery disk at all. Some of my other friends have HP's and have them with their computer so when I opened mine up and didn't see it I was shocked. Do you know if I could use someone elses that has Windows ME (I have 98)?
