rundll32.exe error
When I get to 99% downloading RelPlayer Basic it stops and I get a message that says rundll32.exe has generated errors and has to be restarted. Then the download stops everytime. The dialogue also says an error log is bring created. What can I do to fix the problem, and where is this log that is created?

Basically unhappy with original purchase
should have spent a little more money
for a better system.
