Runtime error with DOS application

In my system with Windows ME is a specific DOS program (Elsevier belastingdisk) resulting in a runtime error.
The programdisk from every year from 1995 till now give a runtime fault.
The earlier years up to 1995 are running smoothly.

If somebody can help me out please reply!!!

Would be helpful if you posted the number of the runtime error. I suspect though your problem might be a "runtime error 200." If that is the case the error is a timing issue related to DOS programs written in Turbo Pascal and the newer, faster, Pentium processors. Quite possible versions of your software prior to 1995 were written in a different programming language and are unaffected by the timing issue. If you visit the tech support section of: www.borland.com their web page addresses the runtime 200 issue and will point you in the direction of a couple of patches to fix it.
