Scan Disk wont Work
Have a dell 4300 that we got couple months ago.
When I try to scan disk it stops and says "scan disk has restarted 10 times b/c of other programs running" so it is not able to run. Had norton disabled and did not have any programs up and running.
I called tech support who said to disable Norton and all icons down in tool bar by the clock. I did however it still does not run.
Any soluations to fixing this problem? Not been able to use this since getting this PC.
