As long as it's pointed at your C: drive, and depending on what file types you have selected for a system scan (compressed, program files, etc.,) it should scan whatever you tell it to on C:. If you go into Options by double clicking on the NAV icon, you can configure it a number of different ways, although the options vary with NAV 2001 and NAV 2001, and I would guess that there are probably some changes in 2002, also.
