You should always include the model of PC and version of Windows in your posts.
You can try pressing ctrl-alt-(up arrow key). If that doesn't work and this is a recent problem, you can try doing a System Restore using the most recent Restore date available when you know it was ok.
Depending on what version of Windows you're using---you can go to Start--->Control Panel---->Display----->Settings tab---->Advanced button----->Rotation tab (if you have one)
