Screen Flashes during POST/BIOS Setup

Question

Diminsion L800r - Factory Stock During POST and/or while in CMOS the monitor flashes, Goes black for a flash continuously and randomly, once OS loads it's drivers all is well. Monitor doesn't matter, tried several. Makes it kinda tough to change system settings... :) -Enjoy fh
