Shut down
After I shut down my desktop, it automatically restarts. I have tried disconnecting everything, including the power cable, and holding the power button down to drain the excess power, but that hasn't worked. Upon running the diagnostics, in the pre-boot system assessment, I got an error code 2000-0146. Can you tell me what this means and how to fix it?
