help for years my desktop is going slow help i have not got a clue what,to do please help is a 4600i

I'm afraid you'll have to provide a LOT more information than that :emotion-55:
For a start... what OS are you using?
What are the system specs? Is it still under warranty? Does it have a 'Recovery' partition on it?
What have you done to try and resolve the problem yourself - i.e. reinstalling/updating drivers etc?
Did you/have you contacted tech support in the past?
Why have you put up with a slow system for "years" though?
Did you not consider reinstalling the OS long ago?
